Specifications

Three sizes of SEAPILE plastic piling are currently in production: 10" (250mm), 13" (330mm), and 16" (400mm) diameter. Also in production are three sizes of SEATIMBER plastic timber: 10" x10" (250mm x 250mm), 8" x 12" (200mm x 300mm), and 12" x 12" (300mm x 300mm). Various sizes of fiberglass reinforcing bars are also available.

The fiberglass reinforcing bars used in the SEAPILE and SEATIMBER products are made by the process of pultrusion, while the SEAPILE and SEATIMBER products are made by a proprietary continuous extrusion process. Seaward manufactures both the reinforcing bar and the SEAPILE and SEATIMBER products in its own facilities and has obtained four patents on the products and the processes for manufacturing them.
